This is not yet officially released. Feel free to use it (given that it comes with no warrantee), but if you're looking for more documentation and perhaps improved versions, you'll have to wait. This is just being quickly put up because a friend wants to use it.
IceFrog seperates the content from the design for your web pages. As a result, it's easily to maintain a common look and feel across a web site. You can easily change the look of your web site, implement "breadcrumbs", "You Are Here" markers, and generally keep more organized. IceFrog is based on the powerful Template Toolkit.
I've been using earlier versions IceFrog to maintain my personal web site for several years now. While it hasn't been testing in a wide variety of environments, it's relatively stable.
