Back to the High Programmer's Blog
The games for Sunday at Origins are at 11am, & 1pm, not 10am and noon as the catalog claims. At least, this is what Origins is telling us.
I'd also like to specifically not thank either convention for their catalog systems. In neither case can I provide you with a handy link to all of the LRPC events. Weak.
Oh, and pimpmobile is a brilliant word.
Pimpmobile is an excellent word, and #6 on Bender's Top Ten Most Used Words list.
Wow, so LRPC is really on the map this year. You should obviously take this opportunity to reprint Let's Kill and plug it at both cons. =)
By popular demand, the blog entries now indicate how many comments each entry has. Neener neener.
Update:The games have been going great. Most games have been more than full. (A full game is 16 players, we can add 4 additional easily, another 4 with effort). Highlights include two games with a special guess organized by the Con. We had professional wrestler Buff Bagwell for those two games. In one game he played the King, in the next he call the pieces to move. A bit later we got a few storm troopers and Boba Fett to play. The only downer was a single, very, very small game, otherwise we've been rocking. Only two more games tomorrow (Sunday), then the long, long drive home. It's been tiring, I'm getting hoarse, and I haven't played almost anything, but it's been fun as a unique experience. Hopefully Origins will invite us back. More details when we return.
By all that is holy, apparently we've agreed to do it again! Details on LRPC at Origins and Gen Con 2005.
