If you reasonably extend the application of these christian morals(disguised as secular laws), then it becomes possible to convict a woman of involuntary manslaughter when she has a miscarriage. I think this is a backwards step on the path of humanity. I, as a rational human being, don't want to be forced into your barbaric teachings codified as secular laws, or your god. I'm quite happy and content simply being courteous to others and treating them as I would wish they to treat me. If you want to worship some false idea that is resultant of humanity's inherent nature to explain unexplainable things, then fine. But don't piss in the pool for the rest of us, eh?
